Homebrew accidently updated my emunand to 10.3 on new 3DS.

That is his issue. Black screen when the update happened. OP doesn't have 10.3.

He probably manually updated through the settings instead of updating via sysupdater with the update packs.

Yeah basically. I suggest Emunand9 as you can boot it up as homebrew and you can make a clean reformat.

So, I put my SD in the computer, I start emuNAND tool, I use the NAND.bin I backed up and inject it to my SD card. After that, will I have to do all steps again ? Or will I simply boot in RX 9.2 ?

I don't think I have that one.. >< I only have NAND.bin and EmuNand9.bin
