Hacking How to access eShop on N3DS 9.0E?

Hi, i have a N3DS 9.0E with a physical copy of Cubic Ninja and latest PASTA CFW.
Some month ago, i used a .cia spoof to access the Nintendo eShop with no problems.
Today, after a lot of time since the last time, i tried to connect but it says that i have to update the console.
I Think that the spoof doesn't work anymore.
How can i get the access to the eShop now?
