Repair your database. See the tutorial in my signature, it's described there.

After installing the new version of rxtools if your nands are linked then you do not need to install the gba games on sysnand or use patch agb firm, the game installs to both if your nands are linked.

okey =D but isn't better to have them unlinked ... to play the latest games on the emunand ?
3 main reason i noticed you would want to have your nands unlinked. 1 is because of a gift wrapping bug but i never have a issue with that.

2 if your nands are linked then they share the same internet connections which people end up updating sysnand by accident because of it. I just make fake internet connections on sysnand to avoid updating it so it will not connect to the internet.

Last, 3 if you go into data management in sysnand mode it will delete all your .cia files installed in emunand, but if you just don't go into data management in sysnand then you don't have to worry about it.

For me personally i just keep my nands linked for me it makes things easier.

You only want the portable nintendo consoles right? You can use a gameboy/color emulator called GameYob 3ds if you don't have gameboy/color on your 3ds.

His problem is not the linked or unlinked nands, his problem is a broken database. That has nothing to do with rxtools version.
Fix your dbs and then it'll work.

Check your folders in \Nintendo 3DS, there are two folders that are all numbers and letters, one is your Sysnand, one is your Emunand. When you open them, there will be another number-letter-folder. When you open that, you will see the folder \extdata and you also need to have the folder \dbs there with title.db and import.db inside. If they are missing, copy them in and repair the database like it is described in my tutorial. Then FBI should work.

If you are interested in older consoles, you could also just use Retroarch (CatSFC for Snes, GPSP for GBA) to emulate the games. No need to mess with VC titles.

Yep that's your problem. Basically you just need to create two empty files in there called import.db and title.db but you can also download them as linked in my tutorial. Put them there and follow the instructions to repairing the database through system settings, and then FBI will work.
