Homebrew Getting Zelda Four Swords Anniversary Edition is possible now?

well, i don't understand how smea gets us the old version.
i thought cdn stopped access to old versions... which is why we can't use UpdateCDN/3DNUS to get old versions of system software updates... right?
or is that only for system updates, and games/apps/updates etc, it is still possible?

Four Swords is to Triforce Heroes like Ocarina of Time is to Twilight Princess. The latter got inspiration from the former, but they are still very different games that are far from being the same.

Using that logic all Pokemon games that is made before XY/ORAS is obsolete.

Ironfall is a game that's already on eShop, Four Swords has been completely taken down from the list and is only available as a re-download if you used to have it.
We can make the eShop give us older version of the software that's on it but adding a completely new page to the list to allow us to continue downloading something that was taken down is an entirely different matter.

Just wait a bit more, stay on 10.3, then you can downgrade to 9.2 and you won't care about getting it legit anymore.

But Cubic Ninja was never on the eShop outside of Japan.
Actually I think I remember that, except the option to download it was greyed out and unavailable. They were on a Japanese N3DS.

I've got the game. It's not really all that fun when you're playing it single player. It's probably one of the weaker Zelda titles; it's above the CDi games, but below pretty much everything else.

I'm not the person who originally posted that, but just confirming since I have one as well. You can get to the eShop page, but like you said, the option to download is greyed.

If there's a single other use for old eShop besides Ironfall, I haven't heard one.
