Hacking IS it Possible for 3DS XL V6.3.0-12E?

Hey guys is it possible for my 3DS XL V6.3.0-12E, to add a CFW to installing CIA.
And i have a old R4i card, can i bypass it with the Pasta CFW, or instal only the Gateway firmware without flashcart??
