Homebrew How can I restore my Health and Safety app if its been written over with RXtools?

You could fairly easily get the proper version CIA for your region/firmware version (you can figure that out from the 3dbrew table here: http://3dbrew.org/wiki/Title_list) then just use FBI to install the CIA and you're done

1. Is there any way I can cheat in Ultimate Angler? Its a streetpass mii plaza game, would really want modify the rods in the game if possible or just about anything.
2. Is there a guide to getting all the badges for Nintendo Badge Arcade? Last I checked there was a documentation topic and another one for customizing badges but no tutorial on getting the actual badges. Is it possible at this time?

What do you possibly need the actual H&S app for anyway? Much better to have a CIA manager in it so you always have one handy.
If a mod wants to move this topic to that section they are free to do so, not like I myself can do anything about it.
Anyways I got the Health and Safety app restored on emuNAND and right now its completely gone on the sysNAND. How can I get it back on there?
Same way, compare it to the table on 3dbrew, grab the appropriate CIA and install it
Yeah I did, but when I used DevMenu and installed it. It only did it for emuNAND. I want it to be restored on emuNAND AND sysNAND.
What should I do to achieve that?
