Hardware Classic "Pocket Monsters" special 2DS getting out in Japan

Finally Japanese nintendo 2DS on their region , with special version for each pokemon game (and colored ABXY!! lol), that may come pre installed in an (awesome) original game like game box, and the color of the respective game, Aka (red), Midori, ,Ao(blue) and Pikachu (yellow, It's "pocket monsters pikachu" on japan, not "pokémon tellow version" like on western versions o3o)

They will start selling at February 2 by the price of 9,980 Yen
Getting one you will win a special mew on XY/ORAS and a ticket to get one on the classics, trading it in a store

I was never a fan of 2DS a swell, only could see them as "cheaper 3DS" ... but is not a reality here in Brazil that they sell it for more than an O3DS :v
I would like to get at least one of these if I could xD

I was doing some digging into this, it also seems that there will be gifts for Mew given out via serial code (How it'll work I'm clueless), and if you don't want the 2DS but still want the look, there's a version that comes with the map, stickers, a download code, and a magnet that resembles the GB cart of RBYG: http://www.pokemon.co.jp/ex/VCAMAP/dlcard/

On the original games there was a promotion that some chosen people sent their game carts and they got mew added xD (it was in japan)
Because a lot where finding it by bugs lol

This because western nintendo only aim to the kids and never do REALLY something special (like... colorful game box for ORAS? nope in usa? why? Arceus knows ...)
Anyway this is, just aiming the kids, they don't look the side... see that 90's gamer that since his first console, never got far from nintendo? THEY JUST DON'T CARE !
WHo you think this bundles will call attention?
A) Kids that don't like pokemon and will surprising start liking by the old game and colorful consoles
B) Kids that already like pokemon but can't play a GB game because it's so different, hard and boring?(as they say)
C) People that lived and enjoyed pokemon on these good old forms, and maybe kids that really like pokemon and are curious for it's "outdated" forms?

That page mentions nothing of OR/AS, and it says there will be real world in-stores locations where you can redeem the code.
It'll be a good old brick and mortar event where you directly trade an employee and they trade you the Mew. Just like old times!

well this is awesome XD put something for ORAS/XY is coming yes, I received this on e-mail xD

It will be there a year wow o-o, longest duration pokemon event yet? hahah
Also the Ao (blue) will be only available on pokemon store and pokemon centers there

Yeah Blue was a special edition game at the time only available in Corocoro initially, and then made available later at some other places so it kinda makes sense for it to be the same way now too.
But wait does that mean Blue won't be available off the eShop directly?

Also the page for the R/G/B/Y Mew literally shows pictures from the trade screen, the screen when it shows you what Pokémon is coming in the trade and it shows you its details, and then the screen at the end that tells you to take care of Mew.

I think in eshop is like any one, on the direct shown them all together (even with the differences between RG->G->Y weren't compared I thing XD )

I was thinking the same, although if the Yokai Watch bundle is any indicator, they'll probably come in 10.3 or something along those lines :/
