192What the latest ver. for smash update for USA disc again?
0005000E10144F00 XXXXX ????
If you're talking about the GUI, the problem was that it was checking the database at WiiUBrew.net to see if there was a new update version, which had to be added manually. The command line version uses Nintendo's server AFAIK.I have a question. What exactly changed that stopped NUSgrabber from working and required it to be updated? Was it something on Nintendo's end? The reason I ask is because of my update blocking setup. I use Smealum's Tubehax DNS (in both fields, on all my systems) as a primary, but I also blocked some domains on my router as a backup. The exact domains I'm blocking came from a post on this site I've long forgotten that claimed to be able to download from the Wii U eShop when used with Tubehax without being left open to updates. And so far I can confirm that, because, as I posted earlier in this thread, the red X from a blocked system update has caused me problems when getting stuff from the eShop.
Anyway, on this exact setup, the old NUSgrabber couldn't download anything without first disabling the domain blocking on my router. However, I just started up NUSgrabber for the latest Splatoon update, and it was able to download the entire thing, even with my router blocking on! Needless to say, this disturbs me somewhat, because the domain NUSgrabber is using is not one of the ones I had blocked on my router. I know because I compared it to my blacklist, and it's not on there. So does this leave me open to potentially getting updates? I have my doubts about that, since I still had the red "X" on my Wii U just a few days ago, but I was wondering what you all think?
DLC can't be installed using hacks (WUP Installer) yet.has anyone found out the title id for the smash bros dlc, would love to try it out
edit the gameID.has anyone found out the title id for the smash bros dlc, would love to try it out
So I have my Wii U spoofed to 5.5, and I installed the latest update for Smash with NUSGrabber + WUPInstaller. It said Install OK, but I still can't play Smash. Although it says "Install OK" almost immediately after loading the install exploit, which can't be right because the update is 1.6GB+. What am I doing wrong? I double checked that I downloaded the right title...
Hmmm... This is a little strange. At first, did you have the issue that misterb98 and I are having? What version did you specify for the update download? I wonder if using the default of "latest" is broken for some bizarre reason.I waited around 1H for SSBU 2GB update to install, based on other user's comments, and it worked on my first try.
I am having this same problem. I am trying to install the latest smash patch. it is 1.71 GB. I have re-downloaded it three times, and each time ran the thing, only to get an install Ok immidiately. Is this normal? I would let it sit for two hours afterwards, then hard power it off. Upon restarting, a message in data management would state it found unnessesary data, but even without cleaning it, there would be no update data there.
Using a different SD card just gets me error 0x000000 (didn't count the number of zeros)
Any help would be appreciated.
Are you sure it got updated? Do you still have the tvii icon?SO sad my Wii U got updated.
I Spoof it. I setup tubehax DNS ( I Tried to force update and give a error, so i think i was safe and working ) I update Mario Maker with Wup Installer.
Long days play only mario maker.
Now i was trying to execute loadiine and didnt work. How It's possible? I didnt even see any msg about update. It's was so silence. No installation screen nothing
I didnt even let my Wii U standby ( I switch off energy everytime i stop playing ).
Well that's kinda... misleading then...Well there is a timing problem.
On the Wii U a single function does the whole installation MCP_InstallTitleAsync, now the important part here is Async it means the function returns without waiting for the title to finish.
You are supposed to use MCP_InstallGetProgress to get the progress and wait for it to finish.
While I'm doing all that the problem is that MCP_InstallGetProgress is called before MCP_InstallTitleAsync actually has started the installation so the progress is already done, displaying "Install OK" even though the installation hasn't even started yet.
The title is still being installed you just have to wait long enough.
I'm having a similar problem getting Smash Bros updated. I'm running "NUSgrabber.exe 0005000E10144F00 192" and am getting 1.71GB worth of files. Not 2.23GB.
When i try to use NUSGrabberGUI it only shows two titles,
and if i download the update via "System Titles" it's well over 5GB which really doesn't seem right for just an update.
--edit, i checked the title.tmd and it says there should be 33 .app files (addr 0x1de) and that's how many nusgrabber downloaded.
Same here btw. This is what I get in the grabber GUI as well.
