It would be kind of cool if somewhere under the avatar a birthday hat, confetti, "Happy Birthday" banner, etc. would appear on 'Temper's birthdays

That would be almost perfect! The only thing I can think of would be if someone had a particularly long username. Maybe it would be better to have it next to the badges/medals?

Edit: Or the flag, too. Now that I'm looking at it there's actually a lot of unused space in the avatar window lol

well its a very simple mod , probably not even needing a pre written mod , and for the devs here a simple DB addition. and structrure the layout table however they feel fit.
in my experience though databases can become bogged down with too much crap.And slow forums down , not that this particular mod would , its just i understand an admins thought process when adding things.
