Hey guys! Today i have an application i have made that will convert normal .jpg images to 3DS compatible images!

This program will need:
Itself
Windows
Access to CMD (This is in .exe format)

Yes, once you have finished with the image file and its in the DCIM folder correctly it can be located inside the Nintendo 3DS Camera Application on your 3DS, if it didnt show in there what is the point of this program

Downloadable file was 99.9% chance to have malware, Removing instantly meanwhile replacining with VIRUS FREE version. I just scanned it and no virus's detected!

UPDATE: File has been reuploded and virus free, wait. My version is virus free but this one is infected with more malware again. I am going to speak with GBATemp admins now.

My version i created just got scanned but it seems that my one was not infected, it was something to do with the upload so im checking with admins if i can! Ill post a new link to host the download for now.

Program has been uploaded, testing it out. If it doesnt work ill try just using the original batch file.

Downloaded without error, scanned again and no malware, it was something to do with GBATemp so ill speak to an admin about it!

Also after scanning the file on VT, some avs picked it as a Trojan:

It is a batch but in .exe, Im going to re-write the program in .bat now. That should fix it for proof its not.

Almost all say its clean. And it has to be. All i did was convert the batch into .exe. That must be where it is. Ill get fixin then

Try now, it should be .bat format and no virus, Now you can check the script of it. You see how really basic it is.

ReScan it now its a .bat format i think i fixed it now. It might be why its lost a mb of size

So basically you're renaming convert.jpg to HNI_XXX.jpg. This program is pointless. People would be better of with a one-liner: "Rename your .jpg image to HNI_XXX.jpg, where XXX is...". If you at least make it so it'd loop through .jpg files in a folder and rename them automatically, it'd make some sense, but people can always use Bulk Rename Utility on Windows and most decent file managers on *nix.

tbh I wouldnt call writting batch scripts programming. Anyone that knows how to use the command prompt can write a batch script. If you want to be a programmer, you need to learn real programming languages. But anyway, thumbs up for the effort.

Sorry I came off as rude, it wasn't my intention to hate on you. I've made pointless things myself, to practice programming, but if you want more constructive criticism on this, here goes:

As @gdkchan mentioned, batch scripting is not programming. Nor is HTML, that is markup. Your script is filled with unnecessary pause lines, credits, etc. Sure, credits and clarification are both fine, but your script itself consists of only ONE line. That one line could be justified if it was a call to a few executables, using flags that aren't easy to memorize, using pipes to communicate between them, etc. However, it is just renaming a file. There's no point in making a script for that if the process is as simple as "rename your file HNI_XXX.jpg after you convert it to .jpg". Go for it if you want, but know that it won't be very welcome or encouraged if you decide to post it on a forum.

Maybe try writing a batch script to rename every file in a folder, and ask for the user to type in what the last HNI_### number is, then work from there. It'd be more simple than Bulk Rename Utility, and server a more specific purpose without being so pointless.

i can make it convert png to jpg and it can do 3 at a time, If i change what i write in maybe i can get it to rename to whatever end number u type. but i can do basic... basic code and basic html. and mostly been doing batch
