Question about reporting...

I'm presuming so. I think it's happened in the past, but hasn't managed to make it to the front page, most of the time.

Youre still going on about that? I've been on the front page like 8 times.
I'm not. I am just wondering if we can report other stuff. I didn't want to sound like I guess privileged for being there. I really don't give to shits. I just love seeing peoples reactions to news and was wondering what types we could post

Phone news, electronics and computer news is very much related to what we do here, how much discussion it generates is a different matter.

We do like a good science story around here so feel free to post them. If you have a business or law story that you can tie to games then great, if not then there is still general off topic.

World news/events. If you want to post something in general off topic then go for it.

Films/tv/books/music, We have a whole section for that and people post things in there all the time. For TV I have noticed people seem to really like things but will tend to post at the start of a series (season if I must use US terms) and at the end rather than episode by episode.

Basically if it is not against the other rules (so basically no direct links to porn or piracy and probably better if it is in good taste -- we don't much care for a racist or sexist screed) then feel free to make a discussion on it -- there are no "no politics, no religion" type rules around here like are in some other places. Again how much discussion it generates and how much of that is useful discussion (see also the level of discourse in the various law and business threads when they apply to games) is up in the air, however better something that might potentially be interesting to you/someone else than 99% of the stuff the EOF produces.
