Hacking Is it possible to launch rxTools without internet on 10.3.0 ?

I want to be able to launch rxTools without using the browser because I'm going on a vacation very soon and want to take my 3DS with me. I don't want to always setup an hotspot for my 3DS to boot into rxTools.

Does someone know of a method to launch it without internet?
My sysnand is on 4.5 and emunand 10.3 on an Old 3DS.

Is there a reason to keep 3DS on 4.5 if not using Gateway? 9.2 is way better choice IMO

Yes, I saw that... and after upgrading his sysnand to 9/9.2 Menuhax is a valid (if not the best) option.
MSET if he absolutely must stay on 4.5 (although there are no reasons to do so).
