So I've been having issues decrypting the data in Fire Emblem: Awakening. All the files are packed in .arc files, which contain .lz files, which contain .cptk files and sometimes .bcres. And even then the .bcres doesn't always open. Sometimes it'll open in Every File Explorer as textures, sometimes in Ohana, but usually not at all.

And then I have trouble viewing the ctpk files, as SOME of them dump, but some don't.

I'm using Fire Emblem Awakening Archive Tool, which is supposed to do everything for me, but it crashes when it tries to extract ctpk files, so I recompiled that without the ctpk bit.

The models...some of them work. Mostly for things like character heads, or items or props. No bodies. And the textures are separate files....

....is there an easier way to do this? What tools do you guys use?

nope.. the character models has broken uv's, which is why they throw errors. Dunno why, but I do know that CGFX (bcres) data was updated in Ohana.. I should take a look at it and see if anything was improved for character models..

edit:
welp.. character models still a no go, all due to a error, and its most likely an env texture that uses a different texture format, which both EFE and Ohana doesn't recognize.

Same goes for some stage files too.

Okay, thanks, I'll post this in the Ohana thread.
