ROM Hack Noobs Question- What is Emunand? Sysnand? Rxtools? How do I install it?

So guys, I am new to this stuff and I would like to know, what is Emunand? Sysnand? CIA? CWF? et cetera,
because I recently got to know that i can get all kind of games on my old 3ds 7.2 and it sound awesome.
So i asked a guy about it and he told me to get rxtools and I COULDN'T UNDERSTAND ANYTHING.All i got from google was a bunch of wierd stuff telling me to make sure that my sysnand is updated,whatever blah blah blah.Please help me out,i am at the lowerst rung and i am a newbie,please feed my the basics on how to get emunand etc AND RXTOOLS on my o3ds 7.2.(btw,i dont have gateway flashacard and i can't get one).

SysNAND is basically the firmware installed onto the 3DS itself.
emuNAND is firmware that gets loaded from another source using an exploit.
This is oversimplifying it but that's basically what it does.

Since your sysNAND is on 7.2, it's best to keep it on that version. It's also best to, using the tutorials here, back up your sysNAND to the SD card.

You asked for how to get emunand and rxTools on your 3DS. That's what I gave you.

cfw= custom firmware
nand= system firmware
emunand= an emulated copy of your nand (loaded with patches to allow deeper access to the system)
sysnand= your systems nand (usually loaded with cfw to allow patches to allow deeper access to the system)
cia= installable (to your sysnand/emunand) 3ds app and/or game

your 3ds will currently work with rxtools just use the link @Pingouin7 linked for you
