how to get access to maximum setting for all pc games

This is a tutorial to unlock maximum setting for all games for free.
It will also allow you to run emulator that you couldn't run before, such as ps3 or xbox360.
Every games/emulator at at least 60 fps 4k
Here are the step to follow, you will see it's very simple

Step1: open the c: drive root
Step2: delete the windows folder
This folder is full of crap wasting so much computer ressources like RAM, CPU and GPU.
Step3: restart your computer.

That's all
Didn't tested with the new wii u emulator though, so i don't know if it will work fine just like other programm

weird you ust have done something wrong.
get a new comp, download a windows disc iso, reinstall windows on your comp and try again

I tried on my alienware, and now it's trying to do an alien restore. Wierd. I think alienware doesn't want you improving on the computer. Not enough money for them I guess.

Just figured out on how to do it on your android phone:

You know those important folders in the root of your sdcard? Just delete them and you're good 2 go. I can now even run that Wii emulator smoothly on my crappy brick
