I have 3 options: Bestbuy, Target and Waltmart, Gamestop nevermind, I think that there is no Gamestop with any hackable new3ds. I have a serial list to check the boxes and know the factory FW.
Well, I don't have PO box, and I only have 250 bucks.EBay is your best bet. You can ask sellers to check the firmware before you buy.
There will be more exploitable n3DS from Australia as it was released here a few months before the U.S. You can try searching Australian ebay as well if you can't find one in U.S.

I would be happy to if I made a little bit of a profit, but if you buy direct from ebay then you could probably get one cheaper than if I got one for you. I have found other business ventures that make me more money per hour spent than this so I am not actively seeking out consoles to sell to people any more. They go for around $150-$190 Aus dollars on ebay which is something like $120-$150 US dollars. Courier is about $60 ($50 US). Even if the seller doesn't list international postage you can tell them that Pack 'n' Send would charge about $60 and would they please consider sending overseas. I'm sure sellers would be happy for you to bid as that can only increase the price they'll get. I have done this before with Care Bears (I used to collect them, and the U.S. has way more and for cheaper than in Aus).Do you still ship them? I remember reading a thread some time ago that you made about it.
stuff
Get the red ones. People hate the red ones. I went to walmart a couple weeks ago and got a red one on 9.0.
Pack 'n' Send - they organise for your package to go through DHL (which doesn't have restrictions on batteries). It costs nearly twice as much, but, what can you do.How did you send them overseas? Did you send via Aus Post? I tried to send some N3DS consoles overseas via Aus Post and they were all rejected due to the Li-Ion battery in them.
You think? It's more hard to find a WiiU with 5.3.2...
New3DS is easy

I got my 5.3.2 Wii U (console only) on eBay for only $100 about a week before Loadiine was released.
Edit: Though you are looking for Pal, not NTSC.
Loadiine can run region free. I was just playing a EUR dump of Yoshi's Wolly World on my NTSC system. And I just checked and yes my NTSC system can use the French language as well as Spanish, and Portuguese.Loadine can run eur backup?
NTSC have french language?

At this very moment I'm uploading a three part video series on how to use Loadiine (The first is extraction, the second is setting up SD card and running the games, and the third is how to update games).
Damn!!! I need to kick out, hope I get the bucks before december...I just bought two red ones from B&H PhotoVideo in the last few weeks; both 9.0. To me red housing doesn't matter, you can always slap a skin or case on it. Better get these quickly though, holidays are coming.
Just finished making it my friend. Please please please tag me in that post when you make it
