There's a Zoroark event in online mystery gift for those in North America.

It has begun randomly, without end date announced.

I don't this. Just asking because a friend wants a Speed Boost Torchic which can only be obtained through an expired event for Pokemon X Y. Anyone has those please consider rip one for my friend.

Sure, I have an expired Wondercard for it on my Y save, but PKHeX can make the card usable again. I'll upload it there.
