Hi guys,

An online friend of mine has O3DS with 9.1 sysnand. What can he do? How can he install CFW? Which CFW? He doesn't have Gateway or Cubic Ninja.

A step by step guide would be highly appreciated, so I can forward it to him and he will do it :)

Thanx a lot in advance for all the help :)

Ninja'd by few seconds
i know but i will leave it there tho because it also shows/showcases the bad habit i don't want want others to think is cool
there if a place for random 3ds q&a
there is no reason for everyone trying to install cfw to create a new thread to do so and furthermore is a part of the reason for the clutter on gbatemp that makes it so hard to find info without creating a thread in the first place:teach:

I completely agree, however noob paradise is a bit overlooked... I tried asking for questions quite often but with no avail, or perhaps after days. On this board on the other hand you ask something and after a few minutes people rush in at the speed of light to reply. Again I agree with you, I'm just sayin'.

Thank you SO MUCH for all the help. I'll just forward the link to this thread and have him read up and learn and do it himself :)

that avatar? that name? . . . so cute im gonna call you snugglechu.
now listen snugglechu the second link you gave is the only one you needed as the first one (for the actual install and the extras are covered in the second one as well) links you to the second, and the third is linked by the second and as well we were both beat to the punch as that guide was already offered up
but as someone who actually goes to the noob paradise to answer questions i appreciate your enthusiasm snugglechu

for the install process that is ok . . . ish
but good 3ds games are on average about one gb each (pokemon omega ruby is 1.8gb)
so get a bigger one if at all possible

bigger still
i have a 16gb card and only fit about 20 games on it
