I have the powersaved 3ds program and tool, but its not yet supported. How do I get the save file off my card? I have googled for hours and searched the forum but to no avail. I also need to mention it is a Retail Card and a New 3DS XL

I'm also having trouble getting svdt or Save Manager to load the game and get the savedata. When I select it the bottom screen just goes red and nothing else happens. Is there any way to generate a log or something to send to the svdt developer?

* My game is digital.
* New 3DS XL 10.1.0-27 US
* Using Ironhax with the newest payloads released yesterday (eShop works fine)

Curious about this as well. I'm on 9.2 and can use any entry point I want afaik. Ideally I would like to be able to find where the heck the save is for the .3dz file with gateway, but if I have to use my retail cart to play and pull the save from it then so be it.

Anyone able to help us on this?
Turns out for roms the save file is actually inside the rom (card2 after all, feel like a derp actually). Had to use savedatafiler to extract it.

Unfortunately SDF requires 9.2 or lower and the ability to install and launch cia files.

@ChaoticLink

The first thing you need to do is figure out what entrypoint you will use to launch homebrew. Since you are on 10.2, you are pretty limited. If memory serves, you are stuck with homemenuhax (themehax) or ninjhax, but you will need to research that yourself. Then research what save data managers are available and updated to work with *hax 2.5, but I suspect you will be using svdt like Ninboy2 is.

@Ninboy2

Your question might be better directed at the thread for svdt, a quick glance at documentation and the thread suggests there might not be a solution for Tri Force Heroes at this time. Specifically this line in the documentation referencing problematic games, "It is possible that for some games (released after 2015/06?), svdt (i.e. the ninjhax2 backend) does not access decrypted save data.".

Here is the link for the svdt thread:
