Hacking Help pls with 3DS XL v10.2.0.28E, Homebrew and *hax 2.5

I have a 3DS v10.2.0.28E.
There was never a custom firmware installed.
There is no previous Hombrew Launcher or Exploits installed
Its my first time doing that.
Hax 2.5 has been released!
I have IronFall

Is there any way to install and run the Homebrew installer and exploits etc on my current version 10.2.0.28E?

Any help is appreciated to the max.

You have to use Cubic Ninja or OOTA to set it up.

Thanks for replying. Cubic Ninja is not for Free. Is OOTA a game or Software? What does OOTA stands for? I somehow have problems to google it...

It's Ocarina of Time and is not free neither.

Its a typo, he meant "OOT" which is Ocarina of Time 3D

Buy Cubic Ninja or Ocarina of time if you b want homebrew.

You can buy a Sky3ds and play 3DS roms from it, then you can download a Cubic Ninja rom and use that for homebrew/emulators.

Other than that, there is no %100 free hax right now.

I personally don't really know because I have never used it, but I heard that you can download and inject the savefile to the cardtridge using powersaves pro.

You CAN run emulators (look at the retroarch thread, but basically you can emulate GameBoy, GameBoy Advance, NES, SNES, and a lot of stuff too. The only thing is that not all those emulator will work well if you have an "old" 3DS).

1) Keep in mind that you need a way to access the cartridge's save if you buy Ocarina of Time, which you can't "without anything". You need either an exploitable (and exploited) console, a Powersave or a Save Dongle; without that you will have no way to inject the hacked save. That's why Cubic Ninja is kinda convenient for that: you just need the game to launch the HBL, so now you can calculate which option will be cheaper for you (and, also, the fact that OOT is a great game can be a plus, where Cubic Ninja is kinda crappy ).

2) No, you CAN'T install Custom Firmwares on any console running on 9.3 or newer (for now at least).

since you probably haven't backed up your nand from 9.2 no there is no way to downgrade
by the way is your 3ds old or new
