Install CIAs on 10.2!!

Hey there bros! Can anybody help me install CIA files on my New 3DS XL? It's on 10.2 and I can't find anything that'll help me install them!

2- Sadly though, it is not possible to install cias on 10.2 3ds. It's possible on 9.2 and below only.

The real Slim Shady Pewdiepie wouldn't play Nintendo stuff anyways, much less illegally.

He gets paid money by, like, everyone, and it'd be like a sports guy on drugs - no one would sponsor them.

Also, he'd likely go play some up-and-coming dumb indie game that doesn't even need the explosion of hype it gets anyways. Or whatever's cool, he'll probably go play the new Call of Duty and Fallout 4.
