You have to give up themes if you want themehax permanently.
Use HBL to install offline themehax, then download ropbin 2.5 and renamed after the ropbin generated by themehax. Replace the old ropbin with the new 2.4 ropbin. Back up your SD card. Save it on PC and cloud.

I believe no. I think someone was telling me that you can compile one theme with the Hax, but that is one theme at a time and I don't know how to.Can you still choose between having the plain blue/red/black/white theme?
It is *not* dead, as long as you don't ever go online with the browser. If you block any access with your router, or setup a WLAN and serve static HTML pages using a proxy, everything will be fine. However, as long as you had this message once, you're screwed
Yeah, I just saw that post. Interesting. It is *not* dead, as long as you don't ever go online with the browser. If you block any access with your router, or setup a WLAN and serve static HTML pages using a proxy, everything will be fine. However, as long as you had this message once, you're screwed
Have I covered pretty much all of the bases, here? https://gbatemp.net/threads/browserhax-is-dead-on-any-firmware.400930/page-11#post-5761864
Wtf Nintendo why not just patch, you know, the actual exploits used by these entrypoints and then the actual entrypoint? I'm not gonna complain but seriously, unless it's something they CAN'T patch then I don't really see the strategy
Well, yeah but you did ask "(anyone feel bold enough to try?)", so yeah, I confirm it, as long as the cdn is blocked you will not get the update message
Referring to the previous postBut I got the "check network status" message and I still can't use the browser. I'll be out of this then, I don't have any of the exploitable games except Ironfall 1.0, and I don't have the Smash demo. I use a New 3DS XL with 10.1.0-27U.

Hence, if you update your system from pre-v9.9 using a gamecard with v9.9, the system web-browser will be rendered *completely* useless until you install a system-update from CDN(no network requests involved here).
Browser exploit breakage has also been previously reported when updating from an older browser/fw with a cart and ending up on a few unlucky browser/fw combinations. And if you update to 9.9 via a gamecard, your browser is bricked until you internet update, lol.
I realize this. I was just pointing out the possible issue in this thread incase someone on a lower firmware is also stuck unable to get browserhax working without explanation.Zoogie's case is slightly different. Gamecards coming with 9.9 and higher now intentionally brick your browser with a dummy (fake) one until you update via the Internet.
DON'T GIVE THEM IDEAS. D: We only have so much now!what next they could make it so it forces to to download the new iron fall update to even boot the game
As far as we know, that's right (though a system reset hasn't been tested). I tweeted Smea to get him to add the new addresses to tubehax DNS' blocklist but I don't know if he did, seems to be offline. So is there absolutely NO way to fix this once you get the message? I shouldn't have left my 3ds on during maintenence... :/ I have the tubehax DNS, but I saw I got a spotpass notification and it was for the eshop. I immediately knew at that point I felt something was wrong so I checked the internet broswer and confirmed my fear. At this point it was my only entry point was browserhax and oothax, of which oothax was confirmed to not work with me since 2.5 so I was going to install themehax when this happened. :/
