I cannot get anything to run full speed on my o3DS. (Other than BlargSNES, which has some pretty annoying issues like ROMs crashing my 3DS or some games having distorted sound issues or graphical hiccups)

GBA is horrible on my o3DS as well. Other than the official 10 Ambassador games, everything runs very slow!

I also heard that GBA is ALMOST full speed on every game w/o any graphical or sound issues. Is that true as well?

Does this mean I can finally play Super Mario RPG, Kirby's Dream Land 3, and Kirby Super Star (not the DS version) at full speed on a n3DS? Also does Yoshi's Island (non-GBA version), Star Fox, and Stunt Race FX run at full speed, too?

Now if we could only get N64 and PS1 games to run at least around 30-40FPS!

afaik special chips are not emulated (yet?) so no, you can't play smrpg, yoshis island etc. with any snes emulator on the 3DS noe or old.
It figures, no handheld can run SMRPG, KSS, or KDL3 at full speed other than my Sony Xperia Z3V phone and it lacks physical controls! Gee, maybe by 2025, the NX will have all "special chip" games on the Virtual Console, I hope!

Actually, the special chips are emulated by the CatSFC/CatSFC Plus/Snes9x Next cores, but the advanced chips like Super FX and SA-1 (used in Mario RPG Kirby's Dream Land 3 and Kirby Super Star) slow down emulation significantly, so no, you can't play them full speed on a New 3DS.

Will they ever being fully playable because I'm mad at Japan for not releasing SMRPG on the NA Wii U Virtual Console yet. If SMRPG is ever released outside of Japan, I'll probably be released in EU like 6-8 months before NA gets it, sadly! I really hope the NX includes SNES, GBA, and DS games. Hell even N64, GCN, and Wii should be doable as well.

Maybe, maybe not. There are limits to what can be realistically achieved on New 3DS and even if were possible, the likelihood that someone will put in the considerable unpaid work to make it happen is some mystery amount less than 100%. Nobody can give you a definitive answer about something that might or might not happen in the future.

I actaully beat SMRPG on my Z3V phone last year when I had a MOGA Pocket controller plugged it but I sold it because it was a pain in the ass and never connected 90% of the time. Where can I find a nice one for my phone that doesn't fail to connect? I also have a Sony Ericsson but SNES emulation only runs non-chip games at full speed. Yoshi's Island works well but SMRPG and KSS run very sluggish, however on SNES9X EX (the one without the +) they run fine but with sound issues, like the lightning bolt SFX sounds distorted and glitchy. I can only get SMRPG to run like it does on the original Wii Virtual Console (with normal sound) via my Sony Xperia Z3V and that's it. Nothing else runs it at full speed, not even my PSP Go.

well 3ds "Can" run smrpg BUT like at 3 fps lol, and i think only with a previous save. but not worth trying to play FX chip games yet.
other then that i seem to play all other games at full speed on N3ds (cia installed retroarch core ver)

I'm just trying to find a solution for portable SNES emulation and you think this is a problem? I don't want a handheld that runs cartridges, I want some handheld that has almost 100% SNES compatibility since Nintendo themselves don't seem to care or listen to what people want since there's no SNES games on the N3DS yet.

Hey, I eagerly await the day that we get full speed emulation and SuperFX chip support for SNES emulators on the (N)3DS, but you're going overboard here. Try to ask your questions in already existing threads (which means also using both the Temp's search function and using a search engine like Google) and don't come back every day with the same question. I will freely admit I've asked about the state of SNES emulation on (N)3DS several times, including SuperFX chip support, but I've only done so when there seems to be new information and only on threads that already have such a discussion going. No one is saying don't post, but have patience and don't post the same thing to threads every day, and root around for more appropriate places to post other than making new threads.

What's wrong with any of the multitude of portable Android devices on the market?

He's aware that android can emulate things well. Please don't mention android to the OP though because it just leads to more Nintendo bashing.

Like I said, I want SNES emulation not a Game Boy that plays SNES cartridges, I can't use save states with that device and I'm not hunting down cartridges since I would run into issues like the battery save not working!
Get a GCW Zero or an OpenPandora, then, if emulation and homebrew is all you're looking for.

Could people please stop with all this backseat moderating and openly ganging up on people. If you see something that needs to be dealt with, report it instead.
