Hacking Downgrade Parental Lock 8.1.0-19 3dsxl using Gateway?

Hey guys, so ive been racking my brain trying to come up with a solution to launch the Gateway Card so I can downgrade my console. I also Have Cubic Ninja.

Things ive tried:
I cant launch the browser.
The Cubic Ninja Launcher for gateway doesnt work on old 3dsxl

I could call Nintendo on Monday, but I wanted to see if I could manage this now.

What's the story behind it? You for got the passwor? or are you a 9 year old trying to have your 3DS hacked, joke xD

You can try to boot clubic ninja and FBI to downgrade MSET. But i don't know if it will remove parental crontrol...

or boot FBI with cubic ninja, install the GW rop loader. Boot into GW mode from MSET and downgrade your 3DS to 4.5

Im going to need abit more info, the tutorial I saw need you to open the browser, which I cannot do, although it doesnt look like the right tutorial

You do not need to open the browser, just configure an internet connexion. Can you do that? When your connexion is ready, use cubic ninja to boot the hb launcher and FBI

No, when you block the browser you still block the ability to create new connection to networks unless you use the password.

Ive actually bypassed this by creating a fake nintendo pass access point, im now in fbi, but im hitting a wall, ive installed the GW rop loader withing FBI, but what now, how do I launch gateway?

boot the Nintendo Ds profile on settings

put the gw launcher.dat on SD card and boot it from Nintendo DS profile.
Then, downgrade your console

You didn't downgrade MSET!

You must:
-Download full GW package from http://www.gateway-3ds.com/downloads/
-With FBI, install the mset cia from "MSET4.5 installers for New 3DS REGION SPECIFIC !!!" folder in the GW package (EDIT: I don't know if you can install the mset cia with FBI... I think you have to install the devmenu cia first and then install the mset cia with the devmenu )
-With FBI, install GW rop loader
-Put the launcher.dat in SD card
-Boot GW menu from DS profile
-Downgrade

Well, I may have found a way to bypass the browser protection, you have ninjhax 1.x installed on your CN cartridge ? If so what you could do is get yourself a copy of pastacfw (easiest way to get sig check disabled without firmlaunch...) and a copy of devmenu or big blue menu, either should be fine.
Then you fresh boot your 3ds, launch ninjhax, launch pastacfw, you'll end up in home menu again, launch ninjhax again and then launch fbi, from there install your copy of BBM or devmenu.
Then reboot your 3ds, go to ninjhax, boot pastacfw, launch BBM or devmenu, look through the app list for "browser" launch it, and it should bypass the parental lock.
Then simply go to gateway launcher website to launch gateway, and then downgrade your 3ds to 4.x, this should finally wipe the parental control.
This is the easiest method I could come up with.
I don't guarantee that it will work (mainly the launch of browser, should work, but can't check right now...) But I am sure that a downgrade would wipe the parental control for good.

...wait I think I found a way, you can use Sysupdater to downgrade to 4.5, since you are in sysnand with firmlaunch disabled, that should work, but be sure to read the Sysupdater documentation, if you screw up you can easily brick your device.

And with this, you should be able to install the mset profile with FBI and launch gateway to do a proper system downgrade !
