This is great news. I've only played Little King's Story and its an amazing RPG. Senran Kagura is a good game too, I can't say much about this specific version since I don't own a Vita but I've played both titles on the 3DS, good stuff if you like beat em ups.
Never played that 3rd game though, I'm sure it's a fun experience as well.

Xanadu Next looks alright. Can never have too many dungeon crawlers. And uh.. Little King's Story seems interesting, I guess...

I keep wondering why Xseed is bringing out games like Xanadu Next. It's a good game but it has a fan translation from years ago. They seem to really like releasing games after the fans got tired of waiting and did a translation themselves.
Cant wait for Senran Kagura to hit PC. Dont have a 3DS and wasn't going to buy one for one game. With that said, there better be a nude mod soon!!! Already have Little Kings Story on Wii so not interested in the PC port.
And that's exactly why they are releasing it, because the fans created a good, not glitchy patch and they licensed it and will release it officially. Less work for them and they still make a nice profit off of it. They've done this in the past (see Y's Oath in Felgana) and looks like they'll continue to do so in the future.
This version is from the Vita, not 3DS.
From what I heard this game has nudes already, no mods needed. Dont quote me on that since I dont own the game but from what I read on other forums its true.
Hopefully they touch it up a bit. The grammar from the opening video was rather... Engrish-y.
Pretty sure it gets close, but has bandages/scraps of clothes covering up private parts at all times. Then again I don't really see the point of a nude mod. At that point you might as well go straight to porn sites.
From what little I played of the 3DS version, that's true. There's absolutely no way they'd have plain nudity in the games. It's already enough of a sales loss to have it be rated D (M in NA), but actual nudity would bring it to a Z (AO), and that's a death sentence for games.

that's so sad if the publisher still do money selling a product from someone else without giving them their part.

Xseed is known for publishing games the bigger companies dont want to do. They dont develop games at all but without them titles such as Little King's Story and Senran Kagura would have never been possible to localize.

Little king story's developer was Cing.
How did the publisher made a PC version if the developers are not around anymore to port it?
the publisher have the sourcecode? Someone bought and re-registered it?
If the game has new copyright owner, can we find the soundtrack ?
Maybe it will be possible to get it from the steam version

I just hope the paid EVERYBODY involved in that project. I can say though it will be a cold day in hell before I sell our work for Falcom games to them. I'll go straight up pirate and release a ripped game with the files before I see them sell something that I am doing out of love for free. And it won't need to have 10 updates to fix bugs like Sora no Kiseki FC for PC.

So are they just profiting off the free fan patch or are they actually going to translate it from scratch like Ys: Ark of Napishtim PC?
Edit: Forgot to add, it's but a rumor but I heard they were going to steal the Ark of Napishtim fan script too, touch it up, and sell that too like the PSP Chronicles and Oath. Apparently some higher up rejected the idea and had the Celceta translator do it instead
That guy who worked on Ys Oath, 1 &2 Chronicles, and Ys: Ark fan patches is somehow still really pissed about being backstabbed 3 times after all these years. (He is still really salty now on that site and I've long gotten tired of his whining).
I don't think the Xanadu Next TLer would oblige to his work being stolen either.

It's not exactly stealing. Shady, sure, but not stealing. Translators (unless they're hired and it's specifically in their contracts) don't own the rights to their translations, because it's a derivative work of Xseed (or whoever the developer is).
