Hacking Writing XGD3 problems

Hello,
I just bought a brand new LiteOn IHAS124-14 and searched on the internet 2 days before trying first burn.
It worked burning 8.7gb but the problem is that on imgburn verify it gives some errors and in the kprobe software the things go crazy, values exceeding the maximum admited by 300+.
I dont know what to do next and I dont want to waste more DVD's, I already burned 2 of them.

Otherwise, burn them at 2.4x speed.

I can't burn them at 2.4x because the disc support 4x from what I have seen.
I dont think I have flashed it at all...

You need to flash your drive with the modified firmware before you burn anything and as @DinohScene said you should burn at 2.4x.

Then that's probably your problem.
Flash it with the Burner max firmware and try again.

Well, the thing is that my writer is 124 F and on the drivers list there is no driver for 124 F, I think it is because is the new model or smth.. The writer is made in july 2015...

I don't know what so say your drive just might not be compatible all you can do is use the burner max tool and burn using the latest imgburn using 2.4x speed if none of that works its probably your drive, just to check try burning an XGD2 game.

I've had many discs not verify properly but they still do work.

I have 6 days to return the writer, what am I supposed to do? Try again or return it?

Return it and get a proper one.

Nope, just get a B model or one that's confirmed working with the payload tool by multiple people.
