Gaming Can't remember the name of a horror game

I remember it was in some of the top 10 best horror games on PC on YouTube. I remember almost nothing about it, except the game could control things like camera movement, volume and such. It was in 3D and very old. It was not an indie game, I think.

Nice video! Had to watch it just coz of the static preview shot being from Dark Seed - I loved that game on my Amiga, and have always been gutted that it never made it to the Scumm emu (it might have by now - haven't checked scumm developments for a long while).
