Basically, I need help with claiming an event pokemon. I've only got a European N3DS and the event pokemon is only claimable on US/JAP regions.

It's a Hoopa. I've got the mystery gift code. I was wondering if you could claim it for me then trade it over.

What does post count have to do with this, exactly? Is trustworthiness directly proportional to post count?

Anywhoo, I can help as well. And since RustInPeace doesn't have 500 posts, that means he's unworthy of even breathing.

Having a big post count means generally being trustworthy enough for this kind of stuff (unless you are a spammer, but people know if you are or not). It's very unlikely that a well-known user will scam the guy. This is why many forums have a minimum amount of posts required to participate to the trade section.

Source: I've been screwed in the past by trusting an user with a low post count and lost a shiny Pokemon.

Legitimately pseudo-legal. Hahaha. Well yeah. The 500 post count is just for my own peace of mind. It's not that I don't trust anyone, I just trust you more if you come bearing perks. :creep:

Also, can you even trade red pokeball eventmons?

From what I've read (which was a GameFAQs comment, so take it with a grain of salt) you can't put them on GTS, but you can trade them normally (I don't play Pokemon with other people so I don't know what that means).

I'm not sure you can on online trade.
