Hardware Wii u firmware out of box

I was just wondering what firmware wii u comes installed on it right out of box, I want to get one since loadiine has been released

No bundle premium could be updated so pay attention , i doubt they are but be careful

I read from from another forum the bundles that comes with the games pre-installed will be on 5.4 or higher.

You mean new ones or they update old ones and rebundle them?
I mean which bundles before mario maker come with games preinstalled ?
If that could be a big warning on buying bundles!!

These are new bundles. There is a mario kart and super mario 3d world bundle that comes preinstalled.

I'm wondering if rather than hunting on craigs for a used one with hackable fw, that past bundles will be available on the cheap this Black Friday. If the above is true, then I guess most bundles will have hackable fw, besides the latest ones w MMaker and such. At least hoping this is the case!

Nice to hear... Can you confirm your bundle is "old" one with retail copy of 3dworld?
Or this is "new" as other user said with game preinstalled?

I hope following ps4 price cut some shops start to cut 50$ also to wiiu bundles ...
THIS is the time to buy a next gen since this xmas there would be nice bundles everywhere!!!
(disclamer: mine is a act of faith that nintendo would not recall these bundles to update and preinstall other games...)
