I'm surprised I haven't found this, as it seems hard to believe it wouldn't exist. I simply can't possibly imagine how this would not be technically possible.
You know how the Homebrew Launcher can be loaded from titles that can be installed as a CIA? Take Ironhax, for example. Ironfall: Invasion can be installed as a CIA (or from the eShop, which is really the same thing), and one of its functions is to load the Homebrew Launcher. It wasn't a function that was intentionally programmed into it, but that doesn't change the fact that it's still one of the functions of that program.
It could certainly be a lot more convenient, however. It doesn't just load the homebrew launcher immediately; first you have to wait through some logos and loading screens. It doesn't take that long, but it's certainly been annoying when I'm trying to figure out what's causing a complete system hang that doesn't happen in Citra.
So why can't someone create a homebrew application that can be installed as a CIA, and simply loads the Homebrew Launcher in the same way the various exploits do? I'd make it myself if I knew how. Does something like this exist already?
