Homebrew where do I find the 3dsx file for 3dscontoller???

You could but unless you have a New 3DS the O3DS probably won't have enough buttons

If you want to use it with this program you won't have to configure anything after you install it I believe.

Ok firstly, you can't mix and match between edpjoy and 3dscontroller.
If you want to use 3dscontroller:
Install vJoy linked in the readme
Configure your .ini for the PC program
start the PC program
start the 3ds homebrew
it's connected. Press buttons!

Out of the box the controls won't be very good for minecraft I don't think, you might need another program to "translate" it. Or maybe it'll be fine. I think people have talked about this in the 3dscontroller thread so check there
