Homebrew Anyone know how to get rid of clicking sounds in custom banners?

I've tried various methods using the official CTR Wave Converter tool, and some other unofficial tools as well, but my custom preview sound for a banner continues to make clicking noises on the 3ds instead of what it should properly sound like.
Can anyone help me? It'd be much appreciated!

Edit: Your banner sound needs to meet the following requirements:

• No more than 3 seconds long!
• Stereo!
• Sound rate/frequency needs to be at 32000 Hz!

Hmm... Fact is, I didn't really wanna end up always relying on someone to do it.

Unfortunately, even stereo didn't work!
