Hacking Is now the time to buy a Wii U?

So I was waiting for the first signs of a backup loader and lo and behold we have a POC video so now I have some questions.

If I buy any Wii U new in box will it be under 5.3.2

If the Wii U is under 5.3.2 can I still use the kexploit?

Is there a game I can use that will update it to an exploitable firmware?

If I buy a Wii U used on 5.3.2 can I use it without the gamepad and use the kexploit with just wii nunchucks and a gamecube controller?

Should I start downloading Wii U iso's while I still can?

i'm talking about 3rd party used like off of Ebay or Craigslist that gimmick pad is super expensive.

it's only 80$ on ebay for a second hand gamepad...
not that expansive in the end...
anyway you can find a used wiiu 32gb premium for just 150$ if you research with patience.

playing mario maker without a stylus would be a nightmare...c'mon...

I've held the pad and used it it's bulky and pointless, the pro controller is much better and also I don't care about piracy if I want it I get it don't care who it effects the only thing I rarely pirate anything on is PC and Anime Blue-Rays since those people deserve my money. Also I own a flashed 360 and xbox already.

Its more then a controller, its a tactile screen, its a map, its an inventory, its a second display.. its just my opinion nut i think you should get one with the gamepad to enjoy the wiiU for real

wind waker hd, xenoblade, splatoon, bayonetta 2,pokken tournament, smash there's not many exclusive Wii U titles ATM i'm interested in.

Zelda wwhd is great on the wiiU with the gamepad, its a map and inventory, very usefull since we get to travel to sea all the time

..yah there's not enought exclusivity..BigN pit more efforts in they're updates then for actual games lol..
