Homebrew Has anyone tested Animal Crossing: Happy Home Designer with region free Launcher ?

in all fairness, nintendo tried to warn you, they never said it would work, the back of the game box says japan only, it's not their fault the bypass to get past their lock is not perfect.
use ntr and the language spoof plugin thing if you can, but i guess you are on a late fw using smea's hacks and don't have much other choice, it's a shame

Why thanks Nintendo?? you seem to think you have a right for Nintendo to not protect their property with regional lock and anti piracy as cearp said it also states on the box it might not work. Next time do some research or ask on here if it works instead of blaming Nintendo for your costly mistake.

While it's still OP's fault, I think it's fair to blame Nintendo for being the only console company that still applies region locks on their consoles, only hurting their consumers. Also, what does region lock have to do with anti-piracy?

Because that game also has anti piracy on it.

This worries me for Monster Hunter Cross... I'm half tempted to cancel my pre-order if I won't even be able to play it.

EDIT: Maybe it would launch from the respective region emuNAND or something. Have you tried that if your 3DS is a low enough firmware?

I have no idea what's wrong. I'm using an N3DS and scanning Amiibo Cards work perfectly for me.

Because new AP check does legality check (running from flash cart or foreign region) in the game ROM and not just from home menu (which region free bypass). It is likely Pokemon Super Mystery Dungeon won't work either.
