Gaming Amiibo collectors in the US, is the 30th Anniversary Mario – Modern Color exclusive to the bundle?

I just want the amiibo, I'm already a Wii U owner. I dont mind that its Walmart exclusive but I dont like how your forced to buy a console (which I already own) to get to it.

and unless its different the UK console bundle actually comes with the classic colours amiibo rather than modern, but even that is available with the game+amiibo bundle

oh, i didnt realize the US didnt get the game+amiibo only bundle, and its weird the US console bundle comes with modern mario and UK comes with classic colours.....suppose if you really really wanted you could just get someone in the EU to get you the modern colours amiibo, but i guess they will release the modern colours version on itself too in the US at some point

Where can I buy this in Europe that will ship to the US? Play-Asia currently has it but the shipping totals to $30. That's more than double if I were to buy two amiibo, disgusting.

tbh, even to buy it in the UK and ship it to US it would end up costing $30, guess you could look for different regions.....or just wait for the proper US release (then again UK prices are pretty ridiculous amiibo's in the US are like $13 (£8.46), uk they are £15 ($23).....so the prices are pretty much double to begin with

We don't know for sure if it will ever be sold separately or remain bundled with the Wii U. It's like the standard New 3DS, I thought for sure that would never release here in the US and my patience paid off now that its official (I never liked that XL size)

It sucks when you can't see the future cause if they truly stick to making this bundle exclusive and then they sell out for good then it will be scalping bait later on. I'd pay the $30 price if I knew for a fact it was not gonna sell separately.

The US has been fishy with Amiibos recently. For instance, forcing ROB, Duck Hunt, and Game & Watch into a 3-pack while the rest of the world gets to buy them separately.

If it is possible, can you drop a link so I can see if they will ship to the US?

EB games is Gamestop.
Gamestop doesn't ship to Australia.
EB games doesn't ship to United States.

I already ordered Modern Colored Mario from Play-Asia. I really wish Nintendo was not stupid and just sold it separately like anyone else, literally screwing over current Wii U owners for no reason.
