I really want to back up my ds game saves but save manger can only target 3ds apps im wondering if its possible to make a save manger that can be used to dump and restore ds game saves.

Buy an r4i save dongle, they're like $10.

Nope, but if you have a NDS and a flashcard you can use this to backup and restore your (or anyone's) DS cartdrige saves.
