Hardware Help me to unlock my Wii U

I bought another used Wii U on ebay and I need the NNID account password OR the parental control code to create a new account.
But I can't access to parental control app if I am not logged into the Wii U.

The seller doesn't know the NNID password neither the parental control code.

What can I do?

File a claim with eBay. Contact the seller and inform them it is their responsibility to remedy the situation or eBay will refund your purchase in full and they will be responsible for return shipping.

He doesn't want to send it back. All he has to do is pay Nintendo 50 cents to send him the unlock code, or try marcan's free unlock code generator.

I think Nintendo can Unlock it only if I give them the inquiry code.
But I can't start the parental control app so I can't get the inquiry code

That's a weird flaw in the system. How did that happen? There must be a way.

There is no way! I called Nintendo they told me that if I have no PIN code & no account' password, I have to send them the console.

But the warranty has expired so I'm screwed

2580 ? No but i've tried 1111, 0000, 2222 ,3333 ,..., 1234

So you bought two second hand wii u's which also happen to be locked?..... Yeeeahhh I'm going to go with the "file a complaint with eBay on this one" you can even link the video.

Nintendo has these measures in effect to prevent theft or deter it. So they aren't going to make it that easy.

Try every possible combination. It's only a 4-digit code which means it shouldn't take more than a few hours to find the correct code.

Well lets see 10 possible digits (0-9) and 4 arrangements.
Thats 10^4 or 10,000 possible combinations. might take a while.
