Hacking Making Custom BNR files for games to use on USB Loader GX

OK, so I'm kinda adamant towards the custom Resident Evil 3 banner (want the intro video theme, with an actual music loop) and Sonic Heroes banner (Sonic heroes since I wanted to have a Japanese version of the banner that has the Japanese logo.) Does anyone have a link that leads to a custom banner tutorial or help me make them themselves?

I wish someone would have created a visual banner editor, with keyframe and nice GUI for all options.
But it require lot of work, so it's only scripted in an XML edited in a text editor.
