Homebrew Not able to save FDS games with FCE Ultra GX

The game saves, but when I close the game, the save is lost. Sure, I can use save states, but I'd like to know if it's something I'm doing wrong or if FCE Ultra GX is just not capable of saving FDS games. Thanks in advance!

Yep FCE Ultra GX it's not well implemented for FDS disk games. Besides the save bug, the audio extra channels are not fully emulated. If you want, use NEstopia in Retroarch, it's the perfect emulator for FDS and NES games.

I downloaded Retroarch and got FDS games working but do you know how to switch to side B in FDS games?

Default config mapping for disk side change is L button, to eject disk R button
