Homebrew How difficult would it be... (Mii Plaza/Streetpass)

After grinding Puzzle Swap pieces with artificially-generated play coins, I got to wondering about hats. How difficult (if at all possible) would it be to write a piece of homebrew to unlock all hats with ninj/tube/ironhax or Gateway? Failing that, might hex editing Mii Plaza data saved on the SD card accomplish anything?

It might be possible to do with TDVS (when it comes out).

Should not be that hard, editing the save on the SD card dirrectly can only cause problems. I do have most of the stuff done myself. :-P All hats, most birthdays, most tickets.

What I really want is a way to mass delete Miis in Mii Plaza. Mario Kart 7 added about 2000 miis that I'd like to get rid of because I want a plaza that only has legit street passes.

I had to manually delete all of them, took a loong time.
