I can't seem to find a simple walkthrough that's not on YouTube. Here's what I need to do. I use a 128gb USB thumb drive for all my Wii stuff. I also have an SD card which is 32GB. I heard you have to use Project M for BrawlEx, but that there's a way around the 2GB SD card requirement.

What I would like to do, if possible, is run BrawlEx and Brawl all from my USB drive using Configurable USB Loader (I can use another Loader if required) with the 80+ characters and what not. Is this possible and is there a guide to doing this that is preferably not on YouTube.

I can get a blank DVD and burn the Brawl ISO if need be, but finding a 2GB SD card could be difficult.

Sorry if this is the wrong board, wasn't sure whether to put it in this one or hacking.

Edit: Scratch that, I cannot burn it to DVD since the ISO is 8gb and I don't have a dual layer burner.

Usb loader gx has a built in ocarina code loader that loads the gct file. You just have to enable it in the settings. I'm not familiar with a way around the 2gb though.

Put this on the root of your sd card
Appreciate it. What will this do? Allow Project M to work?

Edit: I put it in the root of my thumb drive and it didn't do anything. There were still too many lines and what not. Or does it have to be on SD with the smash game?

What do you mean by, "on SD with the smash game"? You should only have one sd card, and putting that file on the root should have resolved that specific error.

I mean should I use an SD card instead? I only have a 32GB SD card that goes with my camera. For the Wii I use a 128gb USB thumb drive.
