Hacking New3DS Emunand update to 9.5.0-23 eur?

Hi hi! now that 3dsnus doesnt work (always stuck at downloading some .cia file) where can i get 9.5.0-23 eur firmware for new3ds?? need it to update my emunand on gateway card, the only way at the moment is to use .3ds game with packed 9.5 firmware??

9.5 firmware is on xenoblade (I know that the EU version has It, i update my n3ds from it) or 9.4 something like that.

The firmware files are available in other places too, that's what I meant. Of course you can ask about a game.

In any case, you shouldn't use a rom to update. And Xenoblade only has firm 9.4 no matter the region
