Hacking N3DS LL asking to update in order to access Internet browser

I have bought a N3DS LL SSB edition with 8.0 FW and when I tried opening the Internet Browser the systems ask for me to update. is there a way to access the browser without updating? I wish to use the Gateway exploit. :<

8.1 jpn system come with no browser. I think you need cubic ninja or zelda to get in on the action!

To add on to what you said, The GW exploit is not compatible with the browser of the N3DS

Firstly, the 8.0 N3DS LL doesn't come with an Internet Browser. Right now there's no way to install a browser without updating to the latest firmware. Sorry.

But that's okay, because there is no web exploit for new3DSes! The only way you're going be be able to use your Gayeway is with a copy of either Cubic Ninja or Ocarina of Time.
