Installing TubeHax (Even without youtube on 9.0 - 9.2)

If you don't have the YouTube app installed but are on 9.0 - 9.2, you can follow this guide to download YouTube without updating your system:

Now that youtube is downloaded, it's time to set up tubehax:

All videos have a written tutorial in the description, plus all necesarry (however the fuck you spell that) downloads.

Enjoy.

So since this is works on 9.2, does it have access to the same exploits as ninjhax to run cfw? Do we know if tubehax has the same access as ninjhax?

With CFW you can install ninjhax 1.1, that have more access, kernel, arm9 and 9.0-9.9 (tubehax) uses another exploit which have less access, ver 2.1b.

This didn't work for me on v9.0. The exploit crashes the browser, but loading the eShop afterward still greets me with the "come back after you update" message.

This doesn't work for me at all. I am on 9.2.0-9U. The browser crashes if I stay too long after launching code.bin. If I leave first it crashes on exit just like it does in the video, but eShop still tells me that there is an update. I'm pretty sure your 9.2.0-20 has a newer version of eShop than my 9.2.0-9 because mine has not been updated from 4.x.x-9 (used a game card to update to where I am). Is the code.bin you link to even spoofing the current version of the eShop/FW? I think it's currently 9.9.0-26.

Edit: I'm pretty sure that there are prerequisite versions of the eShop and such that I am supposed to have, which is important to note considering how this guide is intended for those who have whatever they have. I tried it again on a 9.2.0-6U (even older companion apps) and it didn't work there either.
