Eh, nintendo usually lets things like this slide as long as the rom assets aren't in playable form.

Still this site is really strict about copyright so you might want to publicize it elsewhere.

The "unviewable or corrupted" files may be textures for a model or animations. I know that 0xE6CC4C3B.bin (on ActorCommon) contains animations for 0xC2692A4C.bin, but thats the only one I remember.

They are no sprite and you cannot download the model, everything its ok.

The wiki dont have downloadable romfs so you dont have to upload them (but you can add information and the game)

(if you want to contribute ex send me your romfs you can but in private message.)

Maybe this expands your info:
EU\RegionBoot.arc is a Yaz0 compressed .sarc container. There are 38 files inside (you gave them .bin extension).
Two of them contains fonts. (FFNT header). I don't know its names, there are called RegionBoot.sarc-XX for me.
If the files are sorted by name and a first one is called RegionBoot.sarc-0, then:
#29 - 24,3 KB (24 888 bytes) - hylian letters (FFNT v.4)
#34 - 267 KB (274 408 bytes) - main game font, unicode (FFNT v.4)

Just a question i have tried to change extension to .sarc (regionboot) but is alway the same bin files (i have tried to change extension of bin but this change nothing)

What tools did you use to extract regionboot.arc?

There are different file types inside this Yaz0 decompressed .sarc. There are no list of files in sarc, so .bin is OK - under .bin extension can be any file.
Ffnt, bch, other ones. See file headers to figure out what it is.
