Misc Not sure about what happens with the Nintendo ID

Hi all, first of all sorry if this question has been asked like 1000 times but i want to be as sure as possible before doing anything

Well, my brother bought a new3DS and he gave me his old 3DS and i wanted to log in with my nintendo ID but the console says that it will erase the account, now my doubt is

If i erase the nintendo ID from THIS 3DS will it be erased from his WiiU and New3DS?

Yes it will.
I went on with erasing the NNID, and got up to a part that mentions that if you erase the NNID from one console, it erases it from everywhere else.
Including Wii U too.

Is there a way to simply remove the NNID from one console (3DS) to use it in another one (N3DS)?

In the system settings I think you can unlink the NNID safely to transfer it to another console. Or else just use System Transfer and it'll transfer it to the N3DS.
