With the rise of popularity in subscription-based monthly mystery boxes, like Japan Crate and Loot Crate, Nintendo seems to have jumped into the fray.

According to MCV, the N-Box will roll out this September, and will have 3 month, 6 month, and yearly membership plans. These boxes will apparently include trinkets such as clothing, toys, and other Nintendo-related memorabilia.

I've heard rumors that this is unconfirmed, hence why I actually did not post this earlier. Keep us posted and we'll update and promote accordingly :)

I'd actually like to see this happen. That is, if it's legit. And if it does happen, I really do hope it comes to North America. It'd be something I'd like to try.

I'll certainly be interested if Nintendo confirms it. I mean, I don't want to buy it personally. I get enough stuff I will never ever have any use for from my Lootcrate subscription. I'm still curious though, regardless.

Could be interesting if there are wide variety of there IPs represented. Not just 'oh here's another toad keychain'! Honestly though a lack of interest in the properties represented had kept me away from other subscription box services!

None of that matters though if NoA doesn't bring this here!

I've never understood the appeal of Loot Crate and other similar services despite every Youtuber I watch advertising or unboxing them, a lot of the stuff isn't that good anyway.

Wouldn't be too surprising to see. I'd believe it less if it was any region except Europe. Those guys got all the physical rewards, they must have a warehouse full of crap they need to get rid of.

Thats a great idea actually they should make an Exclusive Amiibo that anyone could get thru this and make a gazillion of em so no scalper crap
I just meant the retail value of Mario/Pikachu and other popular amiibos is low when trading/selling them as well as that the amiibos aren't necessarily of high quality. The McD Nintendo toys I got last year have comparable quality to the amiibos.
