Thanks

I have one for 3 years, and the only game I've played on it was Persona 4.

If there is not a game on it that you really wanna play; no need to buy it now.

CFW: Not so soon.
I dont see a CFW in 2 or 3 years,
I've been wanting Minecraft, rayman,killzone and some PS Vita exclusive games on the go

Well, yeah it's worth buying a Vita if you're into its library of games and plus, you can use eCFW for PSP (+ PS1 ISOs) so games are something you'll have plenty of.

OLED screen on the 1000 is beautiful. Reviews state that the 2000 screen is pretty close and you can only tell side by side. I will say when I switch back from playing my N3ds, there is no doubt the Vita has a better screen [granted there is only one of them].

Really depends on the games you like - there are a lot of Indie options on Vita, and if you subscribe to Plus there are some free titles -- its hit or miss from month to month. The memory card is proprietary and expensive, which is stupid, and the 1000 has a proprietary charger - also stupid. The 2000 model uses USB, so you can charge with the 100 phone chargers you probably have at home now.

Lots of Japanese titles, and really never delivered the "AAA" that PSVita was marketed with. On the other hand, the VitaTV is practically free since it has failed so hard, letting you play most of your Vita titles on the big screen.

I heart my Vita, and if you enjoy JRPGs Persona Golden is reason enough to own one. If you don't ... might not be the machine for you.

if there are games you want to play on it then yeah of course , buy one !
it doesn't matter if it's 1000 or 2000 , both are Vitas after all.

Do you like jRPGs, Indies, and other nitch titles you wont find anywhere else? Then, yes. It's also a great PS4 companion. But if you dont see much you would really play (legitimately that is) then maybe you should pass, unless you find a good deal.

Vita has the biggest library of fanservice games of any console. Since Sony gave up on AAA games, they've pretty much opened the door on all perverted games.
If you like perverted games, Vita's the go to console. Otherwise, save your money.

Moe Chronicle, Dungeon Traveler, etc, etc, etc.
Half the Vita library is filled with "fanservice" games.
Type PS Vita Fanservice and you'll see.

The PSP also had a lot of perverted games, same with the 3DS, DS, PS2, PSX (Thousand Arms for example), and so many other systems. The only thing that's different is that people are now willing to localise more risqué games which would have been unthinkable in the past (Senran Kagura which was made because someone thought the one thing he wanted to see in 3D was breasts for example, which was released for the 3DS soon after it's release).
Heck, Japan has hundreds of way more perverted games for home systems and portable ones than the ones being localised, a lot of the Vita ones are being brought over however since unlike Sony, some publishers saw that they could profit with them.

Yes what I meant is PS Vita has the most ENG fanservice games, fanservice games have always existed in Japan, but have never been localized due to the fact that most Consoles manufacturers don't want the system associated with that stuff in the west, where its not accepted, but since Sony is getting very desperate, they are allowing localization of anything on PS Vita.
Monster Monpiece, Moe Chronicles, Dungeon Travelers, Criminal Girls, these would never be released in English on any other console, aside from PS Vita, but because Vita has no third party support in the US, Sony allows anything to be localized.

If you want to play fanservice games in English, Vita is the only console that will do it.

Try playing Moe Chronicles in the subway and you'll find out real quick if its considered perverted, just prepare some bail money.

Like I already said, fanservice games as you're calling them, are being released on all systems. Senran Kagura Burst had a physical release and it was a 3DS game.
Conception 2 also had a 3DS release, and there are many other 3DS games being released with also fanservice, although most aren't really well known and end up going under the rug. Heck, the PS3 has tons of ecchi games as well, even the 360 had them. I made sure to purchase the Record of Agarest Wars The Really Naughty Limited Edition (actual name, even though I had to order it from the US).
I usually buy a lot of those games since they're rpg's with dating sim elements, something I quite enjoy.
Anyway, the Vita has been getting a lot of them sure, but that's because publishers have realised that westerners enjoy those games and buy them (heck, sometimes the top sales in the European PSN are ecchi games).

Those games that you talk about are not even fanservice, really they are very tame, they are naughty games, but not near the Vita Level.
Moe Chronicles, Monster Monpiece, Dungeon Travelers 2, Criminal Girls, those games had to be censored just to get released, in fact Moe Chronicles was so bad, they created English versions in Asia just to bypass the censorship.

The games that you are talking about like Agarest, Conception are nothing special, you want real fanservice, you go to Vita, Vita is one step below Hentai. Half the games that get released need to be censored or released in Asia with English.

I have some of those games, got most of them on pre-order too (well, the ones released in Europe at least). x'D
Criminal Girls: Invite Only;
Akiba's Trip;
Sword Art Online Hollow Fragment (the game has scenes where you can sleep with the female characters after you carry them to a bed, that counts for me. x'D)
Monster Monpiece;
Demon Gaze (loli characters going around in their underwear, and a tiny girl mentioning having an adult relationship with an older character also counts for me);
Valhalla Knights 3 (also has a function where you touch girls all over the place in order to earn sexy time with them).

There's nothing wrong with those games, maybe as someone who has played hundreds of actual hentai games, I'm not bothered by them and find them quite fun.
The reason why these games are being released is because they sell. As someone who bought a Vita for the JRPG's, I haven't regretted it once.
Besides, it's not like there's only perverted games made by Japanese, there's also quite a few made in the west, I remember having a Playboy Mansion game for the PS2, not to mention all the Leisure Suit Larry games (yes, they suck really bad, but I still buy most of them for the laughs).

I can't really see how these games being released bothers you.

Did I say there is anything wrong with those games, I got some of them as well. Why are you getting defensive? I happen to like fanservice games, not all, but some of them that actually have gameplay.

I don't understand why you are getting defensive? Are you ashamed or something. I suggested the Vita as the best fanservice console, which it is, suddenly you come on all defensive. You like fanservice, so do I, big fcking deal.

Sex sells. Sony knows this, its the only thing keeping Vita alive. Give it another year and they'll be releasing hentai games on Vita, like they did at the end of PSP's life cycle.

FYI The highest selling Vita import is ....drum roll..."Moe Chronicle". People like sex, big surprise. Nothing wrong with liking perverted games its only human, liking perverted games and pretending that they are not perverted is wrong.
