Hacking Can no longer boot into gateway mode via DS Profile N3DS LL Japanese 8.1j

I can no longer boot into gateway mode, when i press the ds profile it brings me to the regular thing that happens if you press ds profile. Could this be because I launched my supercard dstwo while not in classic mode? how can I get gateway back? or do i have to format everything and do it all over again. It is 8.1J sysnand.

Running any DS games will wipe out the DS profile.

Just load the gateway .NDS file on your DS Two and re-run it and all should be well.

SO i ran the gateway installer.nds on my ds two.
now whenever I try to go into the DS profile in system settings it brings me to a black screen and asks me to turn off my device. any ideas on what to do?

Sounds like the Launcher.dat is missing

Are you sure you chose NEW 3DS and not the old? Other than that you can try the NVRAM install.

Yo! turns out I was actually using the GW_Installer.nds from the 3.2 release instead of the 3.2.1! I downloaded the newest one and it started working. thanks guys!

Haha I figured as much. I think people overlooked that the new .NDS installer includes the old and new MSET installers.
