Hacking Usb loader issue when trying to play games

i hacked my wii and installed usb uploader, cfg uploader ,and wii flow. i can play all of my backups just fine except WarioWars and Mario Kart. When I push to play it returns me back to the Main system screen. But thats the only games it does it on. Not sure how to do a system check i'm really new to this. Did I not do something right when I set it up. I followed

Right now all of my games run off of a 16gb flashdrive my harddrive arrives next week and i want to convert over. Can I do this and not lose my games. I have some I downloaded but when i put them on a different usb because the other one is full they want show up at all in any of the uploaders. My system is 4.1U. I thought the games were bad copies at first so I borrowed my friends copy and same issue still returns to main system screen. Please Help.

When I tried to do the system check it says:

Failed to get stores TMD for Ios 36 and returned me to the system menu. Also I installed USBGX r1253 as was suggested. I still can not play Mario Kart or Wario Ware. Please advise. My Usb uploader version is: REV 1253 IOS 249 (Rev19)

but i think the problem is your cIOS 249, it should be d2x v8 or v10 for best compatibility

That is the system check I tried. How do i get d2x v8 or v10?

you can use the official d2x cios installer, i recommend you install d2x v8 first. If it don't work, try v10, and be careful to not install vwii version, as this is only for virtual wii on wii u

you should also try another backup from mario kart wii and wario wars, maybe your iso/wbfs is corrupted

Didn't work. Still can't play Mario Kart or Wario Ware
Do I need to install these wads. i read that somewhere but was unsure. I don't want to brick my wii.

Well, maybe your problem is not cIOS them, when i had this problem was because my flashdrive didn't have enough power or my iso was damaged

so, Just to make sure, your Flashdrive is formatted in with format? WBFS, NTFS or FAT32 ?
Have you tried to play these two games using another flashdrive?
does this problem occurs in all three usb loaders ?

It is formatted to Fat 32. I just realized that Mario Kart does play in wiiflow. Just not Cfg or usb uploader. Wario Ware none still.

in which usb port is your flashdrive plugged in?

and don't plug two usb devices at the same time

start on your wii

go to usb loader gx settings > loader settings
and see if "Loader's IOS" and "Game's IOS" are set to "IOS 249"

try to start the game

if it still don't start, click on mario kart wii (from usb loader gx)
go to settings > game load
in "game ios" choose cIOS 250 and try to play. if not try 222, 223, 224, 247 and 248
see if any of those cios starts your game from usb loader gx

I update usb loader gx from cyan's signature. i will try the different ios when i get home this after noon.

Slot 249 should work fine for 99% games.
Including Mario kart.

Like i said in PM only reinstall a clean IOS 36.
